I am addicted to my smart phone.
I guess the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem. I have become so reliant on my smart phone device that I cannot leave my home without it. I am sure many of you feel the same way. Between my contact numbers, access to emails, the information I store in my notes and the apps that I use on a daily basis, my smartphone has become the most important item I place in my handbag before I leave the house every day. It is a device that keeps me connected to the outside world 24/7. It is the first thing I look at when I wake up and the last thing I see before I go to bed. Google has become a life necessity- I put it right there with food, water and shelter. I am not sure how this happened? I remember the days when I did not own a mobile device-life was just fine.
